Faces of Perry County, created by Caroline Summers, is a photography exhibition with personal interviews of residents that gives the viewer a glimpse into the people and place where Samford University was born.

Join the Aerospace Studies Club for a patriotic homecoming event honoring our nation's veterans. Show your American or school spirit by dressing in your favorite patriotic or Bulldog attire. Enjoy patriotic music and camaraderie as you run down the scenic Lakeshore Trail. A t-shirt is included with your registration and will be provided upon check-in at the day of the race. The Beat Goes On: How the 1960's Changed Music, Fashion, Politics and Everything Else

Professors Mark Baggett (English) and Delane Tew (History) have developed a new interdisciplinary course on the 1960's. They will be discussing how the decade that gave us the Beatles, Twiggy, Andy Warhol, Woodstock and Tiny Tim set in motion a revolution that is still with us today. Music and video clips from the decade will bring back memories for some and introduce a new generation to the sights and sounds of the 60's.
Digging Jesus: Insights from Samford Archaeologists on Everyday Life in His Galilee

Attend a lecture, led by Dr. James R. Strange, Associate Professor of Religion and Director of Excavations at Shikhin, Israel Religion. As part of the Samford-in-Israel program, Dr. Strange takes students and other volunteers to Israel every summer to participate in archaeological research. This past year, he won the Dean's Award for Scholarship in Howard College of Arts and Sciences.
McWhorter School of Pharmacy Continuing Education Session: Allergy & Immunology
